1. Order Processing Timeline

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Once an order enters processing (picking, packing, or handed to the carrier), it may no longer be possible to change or cancel it.

2. Time Window for Changes & Cancellations

We understand that mistakes can happen. We will do our best to help when possible.

  • You may request a cancellation or modification (change of size, color, shipping address, etc.) within 12 hours after placing your order, or before the order is processed, whichever comes first.
  • Requests made after 12 hours or after the order has been processed/shipped cannot be guaranteed and may need to be handled through our Return & Refund Policy instead.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

To request a change or cancellation:

  1. Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
  2. Use the subject line: “Order Change/Cancellation – #YourOrderNumber”.
  3. Include:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • The exact change requested (e.g., cancel order, change size from S to M, correct address)

Our team will confirm whether the change or cancellation is still possible.

4. If the Order Has Already Shipped

  • If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
  • In this case, you can follow the steps in our Return & Refund Policy once the package is delivered.

5. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address provided by the customer, shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Additional reshipping costs (if you request a reshipment) may be charged.

6. Pre-Orders or Special Promotions

For certain pre-order items or limited promotions, cancellation may not be possible once the order is placed. Any such conditions will be clearly mentioned on the product page or at checkout.
