1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • We accept returns and exchanges for U.S. orders only.
  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
    • Free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or odors
    • With all original tags and packaging intact
    • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund (unless faulty):

  • Final-sale or clearance items clearly marked as such at checkout
  • Gift cards
  • Certain intimate or hygiene-sensitive accessories (if applicable and clearly marked)
  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

3. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. However, shipping costs may not be refundable (see section 4).

4. Return Shipping Fees & Responsibility (GMC-Ready)

  • Our fault (seller-initiated returns):
    If you receive a damaged item, defective product, incorrect size or color compared to your order, or items are missing from your shipment:
    • We will cover the return shipping cost by providing a prepaid return label or equivalent solution.
    • You may choose a free replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund, including the original shipping fee of $4.95.
  • Customer-initiated returns (buyer’s preference):
    If you wish to return an item due to:
    • Change of mind
    • Ordered the wrong size, color, or style
    • The product does not fit your personal preference
      then:
    • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
    • The original shipping fee of $4.95 is non-refundable.
    • We will refund the product price once the item is received and inspected.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

    • Your full name

    • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
    • Reason for the return
    • Clear photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our support team will respond with approval status and detailed instructions, including the return address and, where applicable, a prepaid label.

6. Packing & Sending Your Return

  • Please pack the item securely, using the original packaging when possible.
  • Include your order number and contact details inside the package.
  • Use a trackable shipping service for customer-paid returns. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.

7. Exchanges

  • For faster processing, we may suggest that you place a new order for the desired size or style and return the original item for a refund.
  • In some cases, we may process a direct exchange (sending a replacement after receiving your returned item), depending on stock availability and your location.

8. Refunds Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we aim to process your refund within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment (PayPal).
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
  • Overall, customers typically receive their refund within 7–10 business days after we approve and process it.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your PayPal account or bank statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer—there may be a processing delay.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Include photos clearly showing the issue and the packaging.
  • Once confirmed, we will offer:
    • A replacement at no additional cost, or
    • A full refund including shipping, depending on your preference and stock availability.
