- We do not offer international shipping at this time.

- We charge a flat shipping fee of $4.95 per order for all U.S. deliveries.
- Shipping discounts or free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly stated at checkout.

- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

- Once a package has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address, and any additional redelivery or reshipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

- For packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, initial shipping charges are non-refundable, and reshipping fees may apply.
