  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of $4.95 per order for all U.S. deliveries.
  • Shipping discounts or free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly stated at checkout.

3. Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always work to ship orders as quickly as possible.

4. Delivery Time & Courier Services

  • Once your order has shipped, the estimated transit time is approximately 5–7 business days for most U.S. destinations.
  • We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services, depending on your location and order size.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather conditions, carrier delays, peak periods, etc.).

  • If you do not receive a tracking email within a reasonable time, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

6. Shipping Address & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

  • If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
  • Once a package has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address, and any additional redelivery or reshipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
    • Please check with household members, neighbors, or your building management.
    • Contact the carrier directly for more details.

  • For packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, initial shipping charges are non-refundable, and reshipping fees may apply.

  • Once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability and circumstances.
